I think the most interesting part about this is that Goku is the one who manages to be the more aggressive one out of the 2. Not only is he the first one to transform but he also is the one who starts the shouting contest (and therefore has the more aggressive reaction to their food getting stolen) and also manages to be the one who makes the other close their eyes more with the shouting.
