This vid/question is ages old but I guess I can reply anyway. QCF and QCB mean Quarter Circle Forward and Quarter Circle backwards respectively. (D,DF,F || D, DB,B) HCF and HCB are the same except Half-circle(B,D,F || F,D,B) if I remember the exact commands correctly. The game has since been renamed DBZ 1nfinity, we'll try and make sure an explaination about QC and HC commands are given in the readmes before the full game is released.

I have downloaded the demo of this game, and it's quite good. Although I can't quite use the big moves because the read-me documents don't tell me what QCF, QCB, HCF, and HCB mean. If anyone does know what they mean, please let me know.
