In the manga saiyans are shown to be able to improve with each punch thrown at them . They can easily close power gaps throughout continuous battling , That along with the fact that blue Vegeta was able to slowly get stronger and get in the same realm of power as Mui Goku when battling granolah . During the top they easily grew at least tens of times stronger thanks to them continuously breaking their limits . They can go stronger with no limit . That’s how saiyans function.

In reality, Ultra Instinct is just a fancy word for Agility. Its a technique using the state of mind, it's not a transformation. They're just hyping up the name but literally anyone is capable of such technique when creating a calm state of mind. If I can take one example of an anime character who basically has the capabilities of Ultra Instinct, it's Virgo Shaka from Saint Seiya. Shaka's entire technique requires a calm state of mind and it quickly shows when he had fought against 3 Gold Saints at once. Another example would be Hyunckel from Dragon Quest when he fought against Larhart. He quickly entered a calm state of mind and dodged every single one of Larhart's attacks in quick desperation while learning his attacks.

It is difficult to believe that sailour moon can or is so strong. First of all, they cannot be compared to Goku because their enemies were too weak to get to Gokus ssj God or even to ssj form at all. Secondly, it can't even be that her (normal) shape has a (higher) power than that of Goku Kid, she couldn't even hold weights properly in some episodes. Thirdly, Gokus Ssj God is divine forms up to ultra-instinct! There is much more to list what I don't feel like doing. Would be nice if their power were so high and gave some more serious and through galactic fights but until then you shouldn't push them extremely on😳

Her normal form has walked on a solar system destroying black holes, tanked hits from planet busters, and moved between the earth and the moon so fast that nobody noticed she left. The 90's anime nerfs her down, but sailor moon crystal and the manga shows this level of power. And even the 90's anime had her villians making galaxy sized shock waves.
