Great assortment of Australian Kookaburras and the Lunar series as well. I prefer the original issues from China, because you get also good chances for better prices a couple of years later. But also beware that there are also tons of counterfeits on the international secondary markets. Thanks for this interesting vid, xie xie ni, and have a good one ! Greets from GER, U.

Really enjoyed the video Profesor Heist. I approximate the pro tip on the nickel tube very much. I love the Perth gold coins in 1/10 ounce size but it drove my OCD’s crazy that they do not fit in my Airtite tube. I am now going to pick up more kook’s and lunares. Stay blessed.

Heist, I've been eyeing that Dragon for a while now, but I just haven't pulled the trigger yet 😬 I actually filled my tube with 1.3 oz of Gold and .2 oz of Platinum. I just haven't made any videos in a while, but I may start again soon. So, all in all, the nickel tube will hold 1.5 oz. I think I'll put the Platinum in a separate tube as I have, .3 oz of Perth mint PT and complete the first tube with Gold from the Perth mint. Take care and have a good rest of the weekend.
@SilverHeist9 ай бұрын
Good to know about the limits to the tube! I think a platinum tube would look great by itself. And the gold solo also! Keep stacking and it would be good to see a video update from you. 📺

I am a tenth ounce guy. I collect different gold and platinum coins each year and get eagles the months I don't pick up something else. The eagles live in a mint tube and the rest in A16 direct fit capsules. For silver I pick up vintage bars and occasionally a maple.

In practice, I'm mainly a gold-is-gold silver-is-silver guy, but I do deviate. I do collect the platinum kookaburra and now the platinum koala. I'm not opposed to adding a fractional dragon to my nickel tube. You're logical and methodical... and I dig that about you. Big smash.

Hey Heist, I like the lunar series but I typically don’t buy semi NumIsmatic or whatever they call it but it sure is popular. I probably should.. I like whatever bullion and common date collector coins the coin guy in my area has available because he is always cheaper than eBay and the other online dealers. So Buffalo, AGE, and raw ms unc lib heads (mostly common dates) peso’s. I like a mix.
