All you're going to find on the bottom of this river is a bunch of contaminated Sh💩T, junky rusty cars, occasional human remains here and there, and a buttload of dead fish from all the damage the mining industry has done over the last couple hundred years😂😂😂😂

Try the convergence of Peters Creek & Puddle Duck Creek in Peach Bottom PA. That's in the very southern part of Lancaster County. The gold there is mostly fine but also pin shaped bits. It comes from decaying granite. Parking is pretty easy and close to the convergence, which is near a small bridge. Bring a sluice box if you have one, as the water flow and Creek depth is conducive to this method.

Glacial Drift gold is bigger and was dropped by receeding glaciers, I did more detecting than any thing else.Shoe buckles, buttons are the usual finds. Colonial residents stashed their money to pay the Kings Taxes. Mostly bartering was done for needed items.I did find a musket ball (around 70 caliber.). A lot of old basements to be detected. don't forget to detect the walls too.

how much gold was really in the creeks and rivers in california when prospectors first got there in the late 1840's? did they really just pick large nuggets out of the water all over the place? some say the first people found it everywhere ? please tell me what you know.

It's true. For example here in Colorado (not far from my house) in the 1850's a guy found a quarter ounce in his first pan in Raulston creek (a place called gold strike park) I have a video on it here. That's crazy to think about, and a good reason to keep looking for gold. They didn't get it all

@@Klesh thanks for your reply ! do you ever dream about walking up to an unknown creek and finding hundreds of gold nuggets each to be picked up with your fingers and filling a gallon bucket, and then wake up to find it was all just a dream; bummer. i do. maybe one day if we keep searching!

@@Klesh I saw that you had been up there right after I posted the comment 🤣 it's fun watching the different ways of panning

Hey Shane, have you seen Walmart’s online store sells gold bars, silver bars, ancient coins, wrapped “all” silver coins and various other shenanigans. Do you think that stuff is legit? Might make a new video debunk series?
@Klesh3 ай бұрын
I'll take a look. But it's Walmart, if it's fake just return it.

@@Klesh exactly. They had krugerrands and Spanish Real coins along with tons of old silver. Seems really odd. I think it would be cool to see if it’s real or not.

Question can I find gold in the rivers of the Netherlands? We got a river called Dinkel it's on the border of Germany and the Netherlands.
@Klesh3 ай бұрын
The Rhine River in Germany I know does have some nice gold deposits. As far as the Netherlands, I know there is plenty of waterways, but I could not tell you if there's gold. You can check for historical gold mining , or go try panning it yourself good luck!

@@Klesh thanks for the quick reply. I'm going to pan next summer in my river and if I found gold I will let you know that.
