Gold Prospecting in the UK - A new Scottish burn

Gold prospecting a new river system high up in the Scottish hills in search of a few specs of the good stuff. My name is MrDazP1 and this is the gold prospecting and Gold Panning corner of my channel.

Ever since I was a young boy I have played out in my local hills Bernice. I never knew at the time, but as I got older, I realised that the great outdoors was always going to be my salvation and eventually it would become a part of my life. This place is truly remote but it is also a great place to escape from the modern day nonsense that seems to appear in our daily lives. The gold is a bonus.

@@MrDazP1adv3ntures I couldn’t agree more Darren, I would love to escape from this crazy nonsense that is taking over our lives, if I was younger and in better health I would be in the Scottish Highlands like a shot, I spent over forty years there with my late husband, it was a magical place and will always be in my heart and thoughts, I agree the gold is a bonus indeed, maybe if you find enough you could buy your own little island one day, anything’s possible! If you have a dream follow it! 🤗

Camping at the Mennock pass is great and there's gold in the river too. You can get a permit from the museum up the road
