Gotta say the Jim Beam white label confuses me a little when going to the trouble of using local raw honey. If you're using 2oz might as well get some proof in there. WT101 is what $30? And I see a JW Blue in the back!

What's your views on shaking vs not-shaking gin in this cocktail. I know that shaking is preferred when using citrus, but it ruins the gin imo, or is that why you're using a simple gin. Thoughts?

The way we teach our event staff and students is if it has juice, shake it to bind the ingredients. If the cocktail is all booze, stir it. Thanks for watching our videos.

Right?! That confused me... drink what you wanna drink! EVERYBODY used to drink applejack then rye then bourbon then gin then vodka etc etc.
