Is there another country - in the entire free world - where the Head of State is so beloved and respected? By all classes and creeds? Where one million people, without force or compulsion, happily sing their hearts out while the Head of State stands on a balcony? That is the beauty of constitutional monarchy. We have an elected government, but a Head of State who is above politics, symbolises our history, and acts as a figure of unity. It's worked for 400 years, but boy did we hit the jackpot with Elizabeth II! God save the Queen!

Of course there is not. That’s the biggest reason why the hatters and woke establishment wants to get rid of it. I really hope that monarchy will resist and carry on despite the establishment wanting to get it down.

One of the most heartfelt and emotional renditions of the national anthem. I was in the crowd. It was electric. The whole weekend everyone in London flocked the streets and parks . Even republicans got swept up in it. It was crazy.

This is what it is all about being BRITISH. No one else could bring over a million people to the streets in unity. How lucky are we to have this woman Lead us for 60 years. I was there that day and count it as ONE of the highlights of my life. God Bless her.

I was outside Buckingham Palace on this day, 4th June 2002, and I can't really describe the atmosphere because it was so incredible, it really was. I've never experienced anything like it before or since, it was like the biggest party in the world. You can get a hint of the emotion in the air by looking at the Queen - we could all see that she was looking a bit tearful but as we all know, she doesn't like to show it. A day I'll never forget, and I'm looking forward to the Diamond.

I wish I could show this video to people in North Korea. Not to make them feel bad or anything of the sort, but to show them what true enthusiasm for and devotion to a country really is. This is one of the most extraordinary videos I've ever seen and I would give anything to be a part of something like this one day. Best wishes to our queen from Canada, and best wishes to our brothers and sisters in the UK.

I went to London that day with my family and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life - you can't quite capture the spirit of the day from a video but the others who have commented on this who were also there in front of the palace will agree that it was phenomenal. Truly great day for a great woman.

Really magnificant. I am not british but I lived in UK for 10 years now, and I am proud of it. This lady gave the country a lot of respect, and character. People who live abroad admire her, yet her own people are just ignorant of her value ! what a shame. I just hope she will be in good health till London 2012 where she should appear in her full glory and respect to the whole world to show them the taste and style of great britian...how it should be, not with second class hippy singers !!!!!

After the tragic death of Princess Diana in 1997 and the near annihilation of the Monarchy all together by the way it was handled, the death of the Queens sister Princess Margaret and her mother Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother in 2002 before her jubilee, the love displayed had to be so moving and reassuring after such a difficult 5 years.

The Queen Mother would also have been able to attend the Golden Jubilee, if it were held in late-winter rather than in early-June 2002. But Elizabeth II seemed to prefer celebration in June rather than in February, as February was the anniversary of her father's death. R.I.P. both the Queen and the Queen Mother

I well remember the first Anniversary of mine and Woody.EXE’s ascension day in Wales 2023; Woody.EXE didn’t want a celebration whatsoever but when he saw the crowds outside my house window, we both came out to surprise them with an unexpected appearance. I can also remember Woody.EXE crying his heart out over how loved he was and everyone gathered again for the 2024 celebrations, I was so hungover but I didn’t care

Yes, It is apparent that the Queen was over whelmed by all that affection shown her. It so deserved and earned. I am so looking forward the 60th coming up in less than 2 years plus the Olympics at the same time. It will just rock in London. To think the Press ran with a royal flop story for 2 years prior to this event.

I know there's healthy debate in Britain about the existence of the monarchy... the Freedom to have the debate is ironically one of the Beautiful things that both of our nations are all about... So as a Yankee from this side O' the pond. My unsolicited opinion is keep em'. but i would fight and die for my detractors right to Disagree with conviction.
