People coming in here acting like they know better than the clinician or demanding things are so dumb. 1) you aren't the trained professional, how would you know what tools are best 2) you don't know what a patient can and can't tolerate and 3) the goal of the video is first and foremost an endoscopic ear wax removal, not a directed film. If you don't like the way it looks, don't watch. Its clear to me that this clinician knows what they're doing and did an excellent job treating their patients issue. I only hope rude comments don't prevent them from continuing to upload.

How about using common sense? He is rough, using pointed tools inappropriately, and not visualizing the eardrum before prodding around in the canal. You can write as many paragraphs as you want defending this barbaric behavior, but it doesn’t make you right.

Well said. I can’t stand people who think they know it all ~ even when a professional has uploaded the video. Or worse still when they criticise the way the professional has performed a very difficult wax removal ( as in this video). Thank you for uploading the video. It was amazing to watch. Okay I don't mean this as a derogatory question, but why is it that all the videos of yours that I've watched is all the ears bleeding and looking so painful ? I have had several ear drum perforations as well as surgeries, the times that the infections were that bad were the only times I saw blood. When they clean out wax buildup there is no blood or pain involved.

@@klinikalbiruniWhat country are you from Sir, just curious as most of the ear wax removal videos I watch are from the UK and use different tools to what you use, for example, The Wax Whisperer, The Audiologist and Connor…..all from the UK and kind of work together with the same tools…I hardly ever see bleeding from there work on ears. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Pretty sure you need new alligator forceps that line up and probably should’ve started using suction on that piece near the ear drum a lot sooner. So risky using that tool to cause bleeding and be uncomfortable for the patient
