Extremely keratosis obturans mixed with fungi is very painful and limited wearing IEM's(In-ear Monitors) and headphones for avoid severe infection of your ears.

from what i understand it's a series of compound issues, one being a genetic predisposition to a skin shedding condition that causes huge wet blockages of dead skin and wax. a lot of times the patients are older, in their 60s or 70s, sometimes with poor hygiene, there are a number of things that can cause ear fungi to occur, causing a really bad mix that when left untreated for years and years can lead to situations like this.
