Golden Sun was my first first JRPG (unless you count Pokemon) My mom bought it for me when I was 7 because I beat games too fast, so she gave me this game one day and boy did it take a long time to beat, but I was so fascinated by everything in it. Please do yourself a favor and play this series at some point! What was your first JRPG (minus Pokemon)?

A remaster of the old two together in one game on the Switch would be bombastic! (Considering they were meant as one game) The third would need some major reworking in terms of story, maybe make the characters a taaaaad bit more likeable and unique. (half of them felt like a cheap knock off of the first protagonists) I also'd enjoy a GS4 where we learn what the heck is up with these black holes, where the dark clan even came from, what the heck Alex is up to again, how the rest of Weyard looks like (also get to see the adult version of the rest of the crew), if there's a light clan opposing to the dark clan, etc. etc.

@@Aurirang Basically this, especially the part about merging the first two games. They're basically two sides of the same story, so it makes sense to put them in the same game. My view would be to title the first game "The Broken Seal," since that's the Japanese title, then when you beat that, you unlock the remake of The Lost Age, titled, well, "The Lost Age," so you could have the whole story told. If it's close enough to Smash 6, then we should just go and add Isaac to advertise it, with Felix as an Echo Fighter.

Yo retro, when i was a kid, all i had was my gba, and golden sun and pokemon, and after 11-13 yrs( Im 24) of playing video games i must say the one i recall the most and held in the highest regards in my mind was Golden Sun, i would love a rep, but it'll probably be Felix. Awesome theme my man. Isaac’s theme was definitely my favorite of the crew, with Saturos’ being a close second. Was both sad and glad to see Isaac return in Ultimate, even if he’s only an assist trophy. Maybe Felix can be a dlc character. Either way the first two Golden Sun games were true gems to the GBA. Was glad to experience them on the WiiU.

Funny how you chose now to do a remix of Golden Sun's battle theme... Because I think Gametal's about to cover it next (the first song of May Madness is definitely a Golden Sun song because he has Isaac's silhouette for the next song hint and since May Madness is all about re-doing older remixes, that leaves either the Battle Theme or Venus Lighthouse, as he used Isaac for the thumbnails for those (though the latter wasn't on the list of possible options for May Madness' requests SO... best way is probably a gba emulator. u will need both golden sun and golden sun: lost age and it literally is the continuation of the story from where the first one finishes off. dark dawn is a sequel but its not necessary to play and i dont really recommended as camelot never got to make a continuation to that story so its sorta left half dome

See, my first was The Lost Age, so I actually like Felix more than Isaac. I'm sad he was barely even mentioned in Dark Dawn. My joke headcanon is that he's why you find all the same weapons, years later - he put them all in the chests just before you get there. When he burned to death in the final area placing the Sol Blade, it was tragic.
