Watching Tate now for 2 years. Despite his size, Tate is a pretty phenomenal player. Besides having excellent hands, he has some great speed and moves after the catch that makes him a big threat in the open field. He is also rarely hurt, and he keeps his mouth and plays ball, unlike other great wide receivers like the total a-hole who plays for Dallas, or the Odell beckham who is a phenomenal talent, but a total head case..

+CC25Y Good point, but I find Lockett to be a better all around player already. Athleticism isn't even up for discussion and both are small receivers that are willing to go up for balls and take a hit. I would say that both are great after the catch but that Tate makes more people miss. Lockett is already proving to be an elite route runner and doesn't have the same attitude as Tate. Whether that's a good thing or not is up to you.
