It was a breath of fresh air that the blue beret guards didn’t have extra armor, M16’s or P90’s in this level. Caverns on 00 Agent was no joke!

Haha I can't tell you how many times I've done Caverns on 00 Agent. I'd say the hardest part was trying not to destroy the radio to contact Jack Wade by accident as well as trying not to blow up the scientists around the last two control panels

@@TheMcKayFiles I learned the hard way that the M16 causes collateral damage. Even though I landed all my shots at one of the guards, the barrel behind him was also struck and blew up 💀

The Caverns are NOTHING compared to the Cradle. Non-Stop stun locking which is an absolute pain in the ass. And they destroy your kevlar before you can reach the second body armor across from the antenna console.

Did you get through it? If not, there's a way to make Trevelyan blow himself up and it makes this even easier than runway 00 Agent. Just chase Trevelyan, strafing if you can (assign D pad to move/strafe if on xbox, it helps with strafing, although not entirely necessary here) and as soon as you reach the end of the stairs at 0:50 you want to run left to the wall, turn 180 degrees, and look across the end of the stairs to the door adjacent shooting anyone who comes down the stairs or through the opposite door. You might need to shoot a few guards coming out of the door to your left, but you want to hug that wall with your back to it whenever possible. Sometimes you have to wait 10-15 seconds, but you're waiting to hear a grenade drop, and when it does and subsequently explodes it's just a matter of dealing with the drone guns, blowing up the console, and sprinting to the finish. It's also a great method for beating the target time on agent if you're struggling to kill Trevelyan in a hurry

Love how you whip through the game on agent in like under 50 minutes if your good. 00 agent be prepared to spend 50 minutes sometimes at first on 1 level

1:15 though all my years (atleast n64) i'd lean in and shoot at Alec, didn't even come across myself to look over the edge sense we can't lean anymore with the port; atleast our hands won't be wobbling trying to shoot/snipe anymore.

I remember playing this on N64 on max difficult on this final level without cheats when i was around 8-9 years old, in the 1990s, this level was far too easy for me and played this level many times and was my favourite, good times.

I just run through the shelters and shoot him then turn around and run back through the other side, do it 3 times, then follow him under to the helicopter pad. It's still a pretty difficult level but I got it after a few tries. Aztec and Egyptian are much easier.
