I have been practicing the Golden Touch Craps technique now for over a year. I can honestly say from listening to Dom I have went from a losing player that played different casino games to specifically playing craps and being a winner! I am just your normal everyday guy, and I can say that Dom and Golden Touch Craps have taught me how to make money instead of give it away! Thank you Dom for making me a winner. Mario Orlando I use both. Except on the come out roll I use the all 7s set. I use come bets on the other players at the table as well after qualifying them with the 5 count. I fallow Dom's recommendation for only having 25% of what I bet on myself at risk on random rollers. I like come bets because while controlled shooting helps avoid the 7 you don't have any control over the numbers that are really rolled. If you watch people they have signature numbers. For example two nights ago I was playing. There were two guys that were together at the table. I didn't know them. They were throwing a lot of 5s and 9s but next to no 6s and 8s. Had I placed the 6 and 8 I wouldn't of got much action. However, since I used come bets I was able to get on those hot numbers.

Try breaking down your time at the table into small sessions. Like an hour each. Play an hour and take a break. Get something to eat or something. Then play another session. If you feel like it one more. I do better like that myself. Think of each game seperate. Set a reasonable win goal for each game. The same for losses. Hope this helps. Good luck to ya this weekend.

In the course, does Dom explain how to determine if you have acquired a 1.5 edge (after 3 or 4 months of practice)? You can't just assume that because it's been four months, that you now have a 1.5% edge. Also, the way he explains it, I get the impression that 1.5% is a _rookie edge_ that can be aquired rather quickly (4 months). So does that mean after a few years of dedicated practice, that a higher edge is normal to see?

Yes, we call it calculating your SRR - 7's to roll ratio. It is an easy calculation and takes about 5000 throws to get an accurate %. 1.5% is probably as you say a rookie edge - most people can get there and with proper betting you have an edge. More practice though doesn't necessarily mean that your edge will get higher. It probably will but how much higher will depend you your abilities. You could practice 24 hours a day on the golf course but will that get you to be a pro:)) Dom

Your welcome! 3 things you must do to beat the games of craps: 1. Learn the GTC throw 2. Calculate your edge when you are throwing 3. Only make bets that your edge when you are throwing can overcome - and on random shooters ONLY make the lowest house edge bets you can make because in the long run you will lose on random rollers Good luck! Yes, that's exactly what he's saying at 1:39. No place bets if you have aquired a 1.5% edge. If your edge is greater than 1.5%, then you're making money with place bets. But how do you accurately determine what your edge is? He doesn't mention that, but maybe he does in his course.

i know from watching the dvd about fowling the math of the game, math was never my strongest subject, but i still enjoy the game. In my practice at home, i have tried betting the way you suggest, but I also experiment with different bets when I first started, and I with using the hardways set and taking pass line odds, i'm more of a place better when I have the dice. is there anything wrong with experimenting in practicing with what feels right in betting when only you hold the dice?

Nothing wrong with doing stuff different in practice, but using comebets instead of place bets is the way to go. The comebet with odds gives you a lower house edge. I know it is difficult to change, but try it in practice and maybe you will see that it is better:)) Dom
