@craigmacnaughton This is a cover version for sure, the orginial release of this song is going back to the mid eighties, to the phenomenon of the so called "neue deutsche welle" (new german wave) , and was sung by Nena, completly in german language, later on she realeased an english version.

Huge fan of their version of the tune. Sadly, after seeing this vid, I'll stick to the studio version. Seriously, besides the drummer, the band is loose and the arrangement horrible. And whats the deal with the out of breath vocals? Dude got emphysema? These cats had all the rock star moves and poses down pat,... its a pity they can't deliver the goods live.
