Couple methods I have found that helps with brake bleed use a length of clear PVC tube over the bleed nipple then other end into a clear container with brake fluid covering the open end. Makes it really easy to see the air bubbles and helps with air getting back into the system. And finally once I think I have all of the air out I put the system under pressure using the brake lever held down with cable ties (zip ties) and leave the system over night. This will get the small amount of air out leftover from initial bleed. Has always worked for me. From down under enjoy your bikes and stay upright. 😊

A trick I have learned when rebuilding calipers is to give the piston a little twist as you press it into the sealing O ring. This canske it slip in easier and reduce the chance of cutting to O ring. Nice work on your rebuild, by the way. The front disc on these bikes needs all the help it can get. They are not the most powerful stoppers when working correctly and not good at all when working poorly I'm waiting for you to do a carb syncing video. 👍

You should probably use a torque wrench especially with caliper mounting bolts. It actually looked like you overtightened them. "Nice and tight" isn't a good method. Nice job 👍

you should have cleaned the groove in which the seal is placed. it is at this level that the losses are made. after, nice job when you see in what condition the bike was recovered

I did make sure to clean that groove out, maybe I accidentally edited that part out of the video but I definitely cleaned it. That's the most important part to clean.

WAAAAAAY too much torque on that bleeder screw, its like 8 ft lbs or something like that. Nice build. Bike looks a lot better.

I honestly don’t know how the threads didn’t strip or the valve didn’t snap! 😳😬

There is an adjustment on the caliper holder. See manual.

Why dont you do a proper syncing of the carbs? like changing of the jets and adjusting the needle, syncing the idle mix and so on.
