Very informative! We DO need to focus on our children in this society!! Why is that so difficult to accept so that we can act on it. Broke my heart when she said children 10 yrs old are ending their lives ! So sad and tragic

"...because our brain is hardwired...set up for that...[meaning some sort of engagement with God]". ... YES! And then the description of what being present with God or Holy or maybe Sacred feels like for her... wonderful. My traditions are somewhat different, but yes, yes to so much of what she describes! What a lovely conversation. Thank you.

"I am a believer of things I don't even know about..." Also love, and with her on that. So very thankful for mystery, for science, for interconnectedness that transcends science, for stunning, searing moments of joy. And love this descriptor "non-local communication". I can say that in an extended period of extremity/challenge (6 years +), I have literally leaned back into the prayer I know I am held in. It has been the most amazing and healing experience, and has made joy and peace more accessible. And "don't side with yourself"... oh boy, I'm getting nuggets here!

The foundation MindUp school curriculum is brilliant and wish I’d succeeded in introducing it to a chain of schools in Peru where I live and realise it might THE only way to do away with the corruption in this country’s political arena

I remember watching her on Laugh In. She's got plenty of resources to make things "easier" in the world. It would be nice and more relatable if you would interview a regular lower working class working female with a family who keeps it together with the techniques mentioned. Its hard to relate to someone who lives in a money bubble..

Shes still human and exposed to stress, sorrows, anxiety etc tho

It's a tiny move - from the learned duality perspective of human perception. Our innate universal field experience is primary and augmented via our human tools of experience. The "field" is free of time & space. Rest there and simultaneously awestruck as this temporary mindset of human. It is different that being a hummingbird, tree or any other part of this particular "universe".

Interesting interview, TM is not “mindfulness”. TM, very expensive…pay to pray? Been there.
@jacquelinegolden8992 ай бұрын
In the 70's it cost around $75! I learned TM in 72. It was a simple technique that so many mindfulness teachers started out with. Unfortunately, the organization got very strange at some point and the price started to go way up!
