Historic 3 year avg of SP500 is 29%. IF 2025 market goes down 20%.. then you would be right at 3 yr avg. RSP.. equal weight sp500 has lower PE of 16.14 VB .. small cap.. PE 16.3 PGIM offers two Buffer ETF's each month that give you downside protection over next 12 months.. one has 12% protection and the other 20% protection.. these funds follow the sp500 and gains have a cap , of about 15% and 7.5% respectively.
