Can anyone explain me . Like only 6 substitutions are allowed per set right . But if we complete this rotation we almost complete the count and score only 6 points

I believe they are playing with unlimited substitutions as long as it's the same two players subbing in and out for each other

Why is the opposite hitting left in the very beginning? I thought outside hitters where left side spikers?

It's because OP is the opposite of setter. Since the setter's position was 1, opposite started on 4. But after the serve, she goes to 2, and outside hitter goes to 4.

For anyone else wondering, As an opposite on the 4 position, you only have time to switch with your outside hitter if your team is serving. On serve recieve, you will get in the way of other rotations if you try and switch mid-way, so you simply stay on the 4 position and hit left side.

Sometimes in a serve receive rotation, the opposite will pass from the left side. It's easier to have them hit from the left than try to run across the court for a back set. Plus, it doesn't matter if you are an OH or an opposite, you should know how to hit left and right side sets with equal serviceability.

the libero can only sub in and serve for one of the middle blockers the other one needs to serve

Libero can exchange with both middles but can only serve for one of them and it can’t change in the same set.
