Tow behind lawn rake or sweeper...whatever it’s called. It works the best for picking up de thatch after running the power rake. I have a cheap Ohio steel one I tow with the mower. It really does an awesome job for cleaning that up

Use a chain drag to move your sand around, it’ll drop it off in the low spots and level the turf better. Broom bristles will flick the sand particles up out of everywhere and not be uniform in its dispersal.
