Played Bowood many times and it is a great course and the staff are brilliant. Breakfast is especially good and the steak and onion baguettes keep you going all day. Best l’ve managed is 70 and that’s as good as I’ve got. Highly recommended and my old friend Chris in the shop for many years

I am going to comment prior to watching the quest for 59. I would like to offer another way to go for 59. My team picks are Paul, Paul's brother Dan, Wilber and Bernie. Select a tough par 72 course with water, plenty of trees and traps. Each member must have 2 drives using a driver(no irons, 3woods, par 3's, etc). Each member must have two approach shots. Each member must have 2 putts. Each member must have a bunker shot or chip around the green.(within 40 yards of green). If you cannot achieve the bunker/chip part of the contest, that means you are too good and will have to add one stroke at the end of the contest to you final score. If everything works perfectly you could meet all requirements right after "the turn" and then would be free to take the "best shot" as you come to the finish line. Your camera man will need to keep track of who has completed what part of his task at the end of every 3 holes and tell us prior to you closing the VLOG. I suspect that having 6-8 holes available to take advantage of the "best" shot will get you to 59. Now I will watch part 6. Thank you for the vlog's.
