What I like most about your videos is that they are always well presented, not too complicated and often fun. Tip 1 for me but mainly because my drives are short and generally straight, not long enough to get into trouble on my home course.

The last series of your videos have been fantastic. Tee heights, draws, cuts, teeing right or left. Instruction made simple. You and Matt went about throwing things in a kettle and taught us how to make soup before we even knew you were cooking anything. Nice Job.

Tip 2 I’ve heard you say a while back. Since then I know I drive better when I think about where I tee up. I used to think tee it further away from an out of bounds. Now I tee nearer it and hit away from it, take it out of play. Also I used to always aim the way the tee was set up, by using this same point I now move my body to where I want it to go. These tips make a huge difference. Please keep them coming.

Tip 3! I just updated drivers and since watching this have been experimenting with my tee heights. I have learned I was A) inconsistent with my tee heights in the past B) I need a different tee height for my new driver vs my prior. Keep up the good work Driving God! Love your channel!!

All tips in this video are great when put into practise and executed properly. Tip 4 - course management has to be the most crucial for me personally and knowing your own strengths and weaknesses on the golf course. I play at a course where there is various different trouble on a lot of the tee shots and a wide variety of clubs are selected for those tee shots on a weekly basis taking weather conditions etc into consideration. Moral of the story, and most importantly for tip 4, select the club which is most likely going to keep you out of trouble. Great content as always.

Tip 4. Take the ego away and take the danger out of play makes so much sense and I know a lot of amateurs don't even consider hitting 3 wood let alone an iron off the tee. I've been part of that gang but recently started to really use course management and can see my scores coming down. Great video

I really like the advice on moving back and forth on the tee box. At 61, I am a beginner and can use any advice I can find and this is something that I had not really considered. Great video again.......in my opinion all the tips are very valid......course management...tee heights for shots you want to play.... I use tip 2 all the time positioning on tee box opens up the area you want to start the ball and when decision (ball on the tee) is made it helps you stick to that decision and commit to the shot as well.......keep up the great work lads 👏👏

Tip 1 always use my driver, it’s a safe accurate club but short. Tip 2 It’s amazing looking at the hole from different sides of the tee box gives a completely different perception of the hole. Tip 3 Will definitely try different tee heights only ever teed the ball high. Tip 3 Usually not long enough to reach the fairway bunkers but will bear it in mind as a danger in future. I’ll have to let you know after thinking and trying about these driving tips ..... all worth thinking about. Just started using Srixon soft feel ..... lovely!

really great ideas for course management and improving. All of them make sense to. me. Having moved clubs this year I've really been focusing on all four of these. The first one about accurate clubbing works when there's trouble that being accuate with my 2 iron helps avoid. The second one about position on tee I have been using when I'm trying to fade the ball (teeing on right and aiming centre to left side). The Third I've been experimenting with this week (after watching a 'get up Dan' vlog) and trying at the range on Tuesday evening, too it to the course on Wednesday and shot the best round at my new course so far with 75% of fairways hit. The fourth one is similar to the first, there are a couple of sharp dog legs that I've starting taking a three wood at so that I don't go through the fairway into trees. Great advice and a real practical way to influence course management.

Very interesting.. i think the teeing up on each side of the box tip will help me the most because my shot shape is a fade and I always try to tee the ball up on the left side of the box so I can stay farther away from the side I hit towards but it makes since to tee it up on the side you have a tendency to hit toward. Love it. Ill test it out tomorrow morning

Great video. I am enjoying your series of course management videos, hey are a great help to me as an inexperienced golfer. In this video the tip that resonates the most with me is taking a 3 wood to lay up short. he course that I play most often has a hole with a pair of fairway bunkers on either side of the fairway. They are 230 to 240 from the tee and 26 to 270 to clear them. They are within my reach and I have frequently paid the price, having to hit an 8 or 9 iron out, as they have quite high backs. I will definitely be laying up with a gentle 3 wood or a recovery iron. Thanks for drawing the obvious to my attention
