had a ramair on my corsa SRi and got a filter on my insignia 2L cdti purely for more turbo whoosh noises 🤣 ramair all the way for me! another crackin vid lad, looking forward to the next. PEACE ✌🏻!

Once these gti’s are mapped the intake noise becomes much louder on them, way more turbo noises even with a stock exhaust system

Why would the exhaust get louder with turbo flutters? The intake has nothing to do with the exhaust ? The intake allows more air through the induction system which gives the turbo more to play with. Nothing to do with exhaust

Probably been done but check to see there is no foam between front wing and wheel liner. If so rip it out. Rust. Also check the sill plates in front and rear arches. Dirt collects behind the side skirting where it meets the arch and rots out.

Could be wrong but can't you fit a TTS engine cover now with the ramair kit? Could then paint that cover and tidy up the engine bay

I had a tt with the same engine and filter if you floor it then quickly press the throttle it flutters 😂 also I’d recommend deleting the Pcv with the kit you can buy to avoid any problems in the future. Great video mate 👍🏼

You can take the tube/ funnel whatever you call it off what the oil caps sits on mate and then the oil cap sits flush on top and looks very clean and tidy, I literally got mole grips on the tube and got a flat head at the bottom to crack it off, I’m sure there will be a forum or a video to explain better 😂

I've got a k&n typhoon induction kit much better quality than that one,you get a full hard pipe set up, no metal to rubber pipes with loads of clips,id see if you can get one for your looks so much better in the engine bay plus if got a full heat shield set up as well
