Excellent demonstration John on why we should be lifting our left heal. I'm of the generation that went through the transition from lifting the left heal to keeping it on the ground. Although I haven't gone back , I am seriously thinking about it. I definitely see the value in what you are saying because I am wanting to use "ground force" more. in my swing to attain more distance. Great video John!!

Starting lifting my left heel last week just doing practice swings. Hit a full bucket of balls today, great rhythm, great consistent contact and ZERO knee or back pain. Can't believe I ever stopped doing this.

I was in denial for a long time but then decided to commit to this. Does anyone know why I couldn’t get my right hip out the way without this move?

Wish I could post an applause emoji for your instruction but I'll offer a sincere THANK YOU as a substitute. My golf tourettes is not quite cured yet but, it's definitely less prominent thanks to your instructional videos.

This what Kyle Berkshire does, to the extreme, but he still does it. Seems to put you in rhythm.

When I try this I hit thin and fat shots. Not sure why☹️

You are likely moving your upper body UP as you left the heel. Work on that a little and let us know how it goes.
