Take note that Nelly's trail elbow is more extended on the downswing rather then bent and tucked in that most instructors want you to do. You can have a good swing without conventional methods like this.

A beautiful, personally crafted athletic swing! On the head movement, Millar also acknowledged in the same video clip that was omitted, that Jack Nicklaus tilted his head slightly as a trigger but kept it still. ( believing in a still head) This is certainly not like the exaggerated examples of amateurs given in this video. Also, in her own words to Tiger and Rory, she hits down on the ball rather than up like most tour players. She is a gift to the game of golf!

Min 2.... So you're telling me that bulging muscle in her neck means it's free flowing... No... dude. no.... It's also not physically possible. The neck muscles are stabilizing muscles not rotary or joint style setup. If you turn your head, you tense those muscles. She is turning her head at min 2... What you mean is don't freeze your head on the follow through. That's what J M was saying.... 😊

Best probably not. She admits that she can't fade the ball, and when she tried it screwed up her swing for six months. That said, it is one of the soundest, simplest repeatedly reliable swings that any golfer would be glad to have. It is a gorgeous swing. She is a gifted golfer and a genuinely nice woman.

Also women's golf is played on such amazingly short courses that nelly and the others do not need to swing with any serious speed. So to compare her swing with any of the top 6000 men's swing is silly.

Best swing (iron or driver) goes to the dominant Korean ladies, but of course they’re not white nor Americans, so they can’t be called as having the ‘best swing’. Also, their putting accuracy is second to none, thus major after major is won by them multiple Kims and Lees. No wonder Nelly’s change in her swing is very much a blueprint of the korean style. Go figure. The best swing goes to those names you cant be bothered to memorize nor pronounce, but golf digest will never publish them.
