Cordie, you did such a great job checking for understanding at the end of the video. It's awesome to see solid pedagogy 👏🏻. Thanks for modeling excellent teaching practices. This helps all of us become better golfers.

This is an excellent video. Mark really knows his stuff and he crushed it. I would love to see a similar video on finesse wedges. Thanks.

I spy those Edel SMS wedges! I really enjoy mine

My 4 yr old wedges spin just as much with these shots. Less so with much shorter shots and out of rough. But for clean fairway lies, older wedges spin plenty.

I always practice with launch monitors, multiple cameras and $1500 an hour coaches… Doesn’t everybody..😮

How about playing the ball back as another variable ?

Good video, with the exception of the additional unnecessary background music .

Interesting no talk about 150 rpm per yard, how the best players are shallow and have the face closed to path and not open, this thing about cut your wedges doesnt work, also smash better 1 to 1 and go for left spin too. But very good video

What do you mean by 150rpm per Yard? I haven’t heard that before?
@mikebarnard2689Ай бұрын
Very good stuff but PLEASE, stop showing shaft lean as this huge forward angle. If Tour players are getting 15deg lean… that’s two and a half minutes on a clock face ( 18 deg is 3 minutes) these degrees of lean, seen from a distance are tiny ( imagine a giant clock with only a minute hand) , yet KZbinrs always show the shaft at 34-45 deg leaning when demoing the concept of lean, then tell you not to drag the handle !! I do tho 100% agree work on launch angle… but only with urethane cover balls… NOT range ball as they launch stupidly high with wedges.

although to be fair it does feel like an exaggerated forward lean to get an end result of 15 degrees.
