Been a musician since the 90's. in 2001 i started talking about how the tones and vibrations can probably be used to heal people. Everyone laughed at me and I had no help, and I had zero resources so i stopped trying to figure it out. Later someone told me about the Monroe institute using binaural beats in a scientific manner, and that they already have it figured out. later still i found Tom's channel and was blown away by these beautiful soundscapes! People in my yoga classes always ask where this music is from and I always send them here! my absolute favorite that resonates with me in the most perfect way is "Re 417 Hz Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change Tom Soltron Solfeggio Meditation" I can listen to that on repeat during meditations.
