All I can say, is that it was the Goo Goo Dolls' music that helped inspired me to keep living after a brain aneurysm ruptured 20 years ago, in 2000, when I was 30, and no one thought I should live or thrive. And I'm 50 now, I walked again, I ran again, I went back to college and got a degree afterwards. I credit the Good Lord and the Goo Goo Dolls for my success. Now this song has given me something to keep living for - not just to keep living for, but to keep smiling - during a painful holiday season in 2020. And I'm looking at John and Robby in this 2020 video and thinking there will never be anybody any sexier to me, EVER: their faces, voices, attitudes, the whole package deal of these guys. I'll take it. Thanks guys, for writing the music that is a godsend to me, to make me want to keep living. And hey if you're listening: even if Mike doesn't play drums with you guys any more, I would love to see him make a guest appearance in a video someday - just a third mug in the backseat of the car, maybe next Christmas. :)

With my family being dead and gone now, I don't celebrate Christmas anymore... but I have very fond memories when they were all still alive... There was NOTHING on this earth better than spending time with them... something as simple as getting a hug, or just being smiled at... Love from your family... that's all that really matters in this life... if you're lucky enough to still have your family around.. please.. I was in New Orleans in 1997, visiting my girlfriend at the time. It was New Year's Eve, and we were driving around, trying to decide what to do for the night. Suddenly, the radio DJ announced that the Goo Goo Dolls were playing a free show at the Hard Rock Cafe in New Orleans, only two miles where we were located. We went, and it was amazing. Not a big venue, so we were able to get right in front for the entire concert. Here's hoping you luck up and get a show that's not so far away.

Johnny reznick and the rest of the Goo Goo Dolls are some of the best songwriters in my opinion ever. I remember somebody was interviewing a famous rock star a while back and they asked him how do you write a hit song. And they said there really is no formula writing a hit song but for some reason the Goo Goo Dolls always seem to have hit songs off of every album over the years. I'm a punk rock and metal guy but I've always loved this band. When all this covid bullshit! Is over with I want to see them back in L.A again. I mean for a band to release so many albums and have hit songs off every one of them is amazing. I hope the band never hangs up the towel for a long time because I want to see this band continue for a long time. There's not too many bands out there today that can write songs like they do. All the music nowadays in the music industry is all commercial bullshit. But Johnny reznick and the rest of the guys you guys write great songs and I wish there was more bands like you guys. Keep it up and don't stop we need your music. If the day ever comes and the band retires and all of us fans including the Goo Goo Dolls of all passed away the Goo Goo Dolls will have left a great legacy for years and decades to come. Future fans will enjoy their music forever.

I've had a crush on jonny since I was 14 I'm now in my 30s , his voice is so special , he is so likeable too. The band are likeable people and so under rated ! , there is nothing worse than watching these unlikeable celebrities making it to the top even with talent. Watching jonny in interviews I see past pain his eyes but I can also see a very kind , caring person . I am absolutely obsessed with this song & Iris. Both are beautiful songs that showcases Johnny wonderful voice! I recognized this song as being by Goo Goo Dolls when I heard it on a Hallmark Christmas movie. I heard the song & thought to myself, that sounds like Goo Goo dolls.
