I use both of these products and I’m 54. They gave amazing results the first couple of months but now that it’s been 5 months - I don’t feel like the resurface product is doing anything. I still like the hydrator though. (Initially, I thought the resurfacing product was the star and didn’t really like the hydrating product because it felt thin as a moisturizer. Overtime though my opinion switched on the two products.) Also… My husband is a design engineer and has a potential fix for your car issue… Let me know if you still need help with that and how he should contact you.

@@Picklemoonshine4 Well, I will say both the Resurfacing Compound and the Super Hydrator are great products! They really made a huge improvement in the condition of my skin. I have since switched up my skin care products. However, about two months ago, when in the midst of winter my skin started to feel super dehydrated and textured, I decided to use the two products again and within a week, my skin was looking and feeling much better! I find myself going back to these products whenever a need a little boost. Hope that helps!

I think it's a terrific concept. My issue (outside of price) is that my skin isn't the same every day. There are times when one or another of these ingredients wouldn't be beneficial because my skin can just get irritated for no particular reason (Grrrr...). I wouldn't be able to use it for that day or the next few days. Then I wouldn't be able to have the benefit of the other ingredients because it's all in one. If your skin is more consistent and you have the budget, I think it sounds wonderful.

Giving Resurfacing Compound a whirl. Surprised by the expense, however it is great for all of the ingredients and offering a powerful first step to minimizing my routine. I agree that once a day is enough. For me, that is in the morning. I am trying Augustinus Bader at night and that is recommended to used alone, so U Beauty Resurfacing Compound almost daily every morning is the primary step for a.m. routine for the past few weeks. I see an over- all generally healthy appearance to my skin. I’m pleased! Not blown away, but pleased! Agreed about the packaging.

I use the resurfacing product - got hooked after getting a sample. Totally agree with your comments about the price. It is so expensive. I can’t bring myself to buy more than the 15 ml which ends up being $110 AUD. I use it mainly in the evening. Lasts about 6 weeks. I love its all in one convenience. I find it smoothing and brightening. Haven’t tried Brightly yet but how do you think it measures up against this? Be interested to know your thoughts, Wayne. Also any other all in one options you think might be comparable. What do you think of the Biossance skincare range? I am enjoying their Squalane Vitamin C oil - it is really helping the dry scaly patches around my nostrils and their lip balm but haven’t tried anything else. Love your channel! 🥰

I use the resurfacing compound - my skin purged for the first six weeks and now has settled. No irritation but a few zits. I had the pilling problem with one moisturizer but not with my other products. I do hate the packaging - wish it was a cartridge refill instead of using so much plastic. I think it’s been great as a maintaining product but am still looking for a miracle to get rid of some of my under-the-skin acne. Planning to try the Shani Darden retional once I finish my next bottle. Moisturizer isn’t great - I use only at night with a humectant mixed in but still feel dry.

My skin has been an absolute nightmare recently, in spite of using 1% retinol at night and salicylic acid and niacinamide in the morning (after double cleansing gently of course). Even so, I am plagued with blackheads all over my T zone. I would love to blame the mask but I’ve not been out!!! This resurfacing compound sounds great. Maybe I’ll try it after payday 😉 xxx

It’s a bit of a bother but you could strip your routine back to basics (cleanse, moisture, SPF) and then slowly introduce more products back in 1 by 1, you can then tell if an active is breaking you out!

I was not happy that the founder of u beauty said, that the lamer Creme is made with mineral oil. Then she worked with Augustinus Bader and now she does her own stuff. I‘m not sure that one product is good for every skin and that it can do everything described.
