Good distributor installation steps... Having fun with this Performance 454 BBC engine build, and on the last video #28 We put the Old Mallory Dual Point Distributor upgraded with the Pertronix Ignitor Electronic Conversion kit and a MSD Street Fire ignition system to the test with the test system we
came up with.... (It may be one of a kind!) And it all worked Well... So now its time to install the distributor in that 454 BBC chevy... We will do a melonized gear change on it to work properly with the Roller Cam, and do a gear mesh check to see where its riding on the cam, also a distributor depth
check to make sure its not being jamed in to the oil pump... Also a engagement check to see how far
the distributors engaged with the oil pump drive....Watch and enjoy as we go through the process
of this distributor install....😀
