Kate, I do not know you, however I have watched you tell your story of your Darling husband’s illness, how you and your children have supported Derek and each other. To do what you have done to be able to get him home so you could personally look after him, was so brave because you you were not a nurse you were his wife. You and Darcy and Billy now need time to grieve and come to terms with the life you are now going to have. I lost my darling husband nearly 15yrs ago. You will learn to deal with but never forget him. You deserve time now to yourself so important . xxx

Kate…needs to STAY strong! A wonderful lady! So sad for her loss, I feel it! Derrick will be watching from Heaven (if it’s real) and PROUDLY! 🥹 It’s too sad when the most fantastic people or family suffer, but thinking about the children fills me with an empty void for THEM. Something in their being and life is always going to be missing, lost, stolen, incomplete. I mean…all of a sudden, daddy’s not here ever again! When I saw him with his children, I chocked up. Kate has been unbelievable during this period. She's worked on GMB, then daily goes straight to Smooth Radio for 3 hours of live broadcast. Hearing her get the recognition she deserves is heartwarming. I'm so glad Kate seems to have fantastic parents ❤️

I believe Derek was on strong medication for back problems he had been suffering from. I think the medication left him vulnerable.

Whereas here, we're in a transition period. A lot of the problems the people of the country know are contributing to broken Britain is in the spotlight as an election approaches 🤔 The news cycle is actually quite addictive once one works out the nuts and bolts.
