I personally appreciate Nida, for all her efforts to stay on the topic but she needs to manage time effectively. I suggest Nida if you reduce number of guests on your show. For instance, on this show iif you would only invite Sadia and Dietitian, it would have been more effective and informative conversation.

Yes they did say the word "intermittent" wrong but the information they shared about the intermittent fasting is absolutely right. Do not be so critical, as english is not our language and it is so easy to mispronounce the word...humaray yahan tou apni language Urdu tak sahi nahi boli jati, English tou phir bhe foreign language hai.

This question is for the doctor. My bmi is 32.9. Cause I weigh 180 pounds. After 5 kids. I didn’t get chance to lose my weight. Now they are all grown up. But I’m still stuck there. @@rosefangirl8035 jazak ALLAH kher. Also add workout regime to your routine. Starting from low impact. Try to hit at least 5k to 6k steps daily along with 20 to 30 mins of workout. You will see results after 12 weeks. Remember its a slow process. There is no magic or shortcut to weight loss. Calorie deficit along with workout is the key
