This was great to get centered and ready for the day. Just the right amount of heart rate increase and stretching. I shared it with my daughter who is wanting good yoga classes but lives in Alaska without in person teachers. Thank you Cathy!

I flowed with this video this morning and it felt great, I also added the reclined pigeon on the left side because it felt just right on the right side, i needed it on the left, too. Thank you, Cathy.

Loved this. I dont like ending my flow in corpse pose because I do my routine in the morning and it makes me too sleepy. Ending on a high was a nice change!
