Was looking for exercises to improve shoulder mobility for swimming after being a couch potato for years. This video was exactly what I was looking for. Explanations and presentation are really great!

I can't do the 2nd exercise (shoulder flossing). I have tightness - seems like exactly the type of thing the exercise is meant to fix.. Is there a way to build up to it?

Update: I can do the 2nd exercise, but I have to keep the angle of my shoulder a lot wider than it looks like you have yours. Not that I'm comparing.. 👀
