50+ women desperately seeking attention and adding modern (terrible) hip-hop music to handstand videos is pretty comical and kinda sad. And they wonder why life is so unsatisfying without a husband, children or service-oriented purpose.

For as long as I can remember touching my toes was just something I couldn’t do. As I age, now 58, and am working towards running a marathon flexibility is even more important. Thanks for your video.

Hi there, a couple of yrs ago I started to slur with my words & say or try to talk but my mom had to rush me to the hospital. Then while there the nurses & doctors had given me a couple of tests. Then a couple days or weeks later the doctor diagnosed me with a ( TIA) transient iscemic attack. It's where I have an inch gap on my right front side of my brain which my doctor told me to take a baby aspirin for the rest of my life & I'm only in my 40's

The emphasis and the symantics I've heard from dozens of teachers is tilt at the hip, aka top of pelvis... Her implications are that you want to tilt your pelvis from the bottom of it. There essentially is not space to bend there. But you will feel the stretch come directly from the hamstrings, back of knees, and calves depending where your body lacks that flexibility. Still not the clearest choices of words but if you are cognizant of where the bend happens you will feel a substantial difference. Bend and tiltn from the bottom of your pelvis not the top of it.

I probably will not do this again. I have very tight muscles and I found this session particularly challenging and could not make a number of the moves work for me. I practice yoga daily and I will look at coming back to this one in the future when I have built up more flexibility.
