This would be a wonderful channel for parents to sit with their children and watch together and it will spark conversations. Also if any of the viewers here know of teachers then pass it on to them for them to perhaps subscribe to and then once a month the class room watches and discusses. I know for myself after watching I feel so much lighter in spirit and hopeful.

I don't comment often, but I really like your channel and am very grateful for the work you put into your content. I especially like these monthly "good news" videos, as an extremely pessimistic person, I often forget that things can also be pleasant. I wish all the media would do this, because it's so tiring to hear catastrophic news all the time, and because of it, we tend to think the world is a bad place. Anyway, I'll stop grumbling for now. Thanks again ❤ (Love the recipe btw, you should definitely try another one next month!)

Alternative to the rhubarb crumble: bring chopped rhubarb to the boil with chopped crystallised ginger and honey. Boil for about 5 minutes with the lid on the pan. Stir well, put the lid back on, turn off the heat and wait for about 15 minutes. Put the - slightly cooled - gooey mess of rhubarb & ginger in a dish and crumble ginger nut biscuits on top. Add custard if you like, cream if preferred, but ice cream works well with it too. Oh, and thanks for the good news!

Always good to see positive stories especially around environmental issues. Liked the point about conservation efforts getting better over time. I follow Mossy Earth and they do a lot of work on being transparent about what worked, what didn't, how they adapted etc. Ecological systems are complicated and sometime didn't react the way we think they will do we have to figure out why and improve the process.
