Helloo Brother!! Hope you are doing well. I was wondering to ask you a question about the recent changes declared by ircc in Canada regarding international graduate students on September 18, 2024. For 1 year masters program spousal open work permit will not be allowed except the masters program of the tenure 16 months and above. My question is as I have already enrolled in my one years masters program in organizational Management at Crandall University for January 2025 intake got necessary study permit and visa earlier to this changes announced. In such cases shall it be applicable to my spouse? My 2nd question is will my only kid below 18 year be able to come and eligible for free education? Mentionable, in recent changes there was nothing mentioned regarding kids free education except spousal open work permit restriction for those enrolled in one year masters program.
