Awesome!!! That chemo can really bum you out and do can not being able to have your favorite cold drinks or being able to eat like you use to. Your life has changed but you are soooooooooo blessed you get to live!!!

Great news Ben!!! I’ve also got it but at 74 it’s taking a body toll. I’m 2 weeks into chemo, and 3 wks into rad. I had to change chemo cocktail because of some vision side effects. I will also under go esophagectomy after I’m done. I’m looking forward to my follow up Pet scan and hopefully my news will be as good as yours. God Bless you and i hope your surgery went well.

I’m so glad you have good news I don’t know if you remember me telling you I had my eusphogus removed 5 years ago. You will eat that burger eventually you have to learn to eat slowly small bites and slowly You will get to know what doesn’t agree with you. I can’t have cheese tomatoes I will be 70 this July and in September it will be 6 years since I had my operation you will make it ❤️xxxxxxx

I just started following you one week ago. Im very happy for your good news. We wonder why we go through such hard difficulties. As I was going through mine not to long ago. I had my quiet time with God. He gave me the peace to continue on despite of the challenges. And yes there is a reason for this. In my case I have such compassion and empathy and love for people especially those who are going through such a difficult time. Hi Beni. I'm glad your treatment is going well. Thank you for sharing your experience because I have been diagnosed with Barrett's oesophagus and a hernia plus ulcers that aren't healing. I have had 4 endoscopys and I have to have another soon and more biopsies. I like your videos. They are helping me understand cancer of the oesophagus.

It is wonderful that there is no additional cancer spread. That's huge! The surgery is not going to be fun, but every day after surgery will get a little better. At first, you will get full on tiny tiny portions, but, over time, your stomach will stretch and you will be able to eat more normal portions. You are doing great. Praying for your complete recovery.
