When I applied for the job it said the same at the end that those who are seeking Skilled worker are welcome to apply , but when I got into the job they said they cant sponsor me under this role . So i don’t think so that this is always the case that you will get the CoS if that Statement is written. COS depends on the job code and salary threshold . The job code should be under skilled worker occupation list. Please correct me if I am wrong
