Oh My Rene. I have 6 loaves of your pumpkin bread in the oven( for a fundraiser for our Hospice). as I watch! I love this video. New viewer here. I am a baker but haven't made a lot of breads..mostly cakes and, quick breads and some pastries. Do you have an easy wheat loaf bread recipe or video you could share with me? My family snd I only eat wheat bread. I am thinking, if for some reason, I can't get to the store to buy bread or there is a shortage, I would like to have a few loaves in the freezer. Yes, you can follow the Amish white bread recipe , but use 1/2 C. Oil and wheat flour instead of white. That would be my Amish wheat bread recipe.
