Show women we can be filmmakers too? We are, and we have been since at LEAST 1911. Well over a century! Women such as Lois Weber, Alice Guy-Blaché, Germaine Dulac, Lotte Reiniger, and Mabel Normand were leaders in their respective fields, and they were supported by an industry filled with female screenwriters, and some hugely important female producers producing movies for a majority female audience. Lois Weber was one of the greatest film directors of the early 20th century - a heavyweight rival to D.W. Griffith and Cecil B. DeMille. As a woman who has been a filmmaker for almost 2 decades, I just feel that comments like that set us back (even if only in people's minds). I'm a female Production Manager of an extremely talented female-led video production crew. We're out there doing it -- and we don't even give it a second thought. It's what we're called to do, what we're passionate about -- and gender has nothing to do with it. I've actually found that women are the most powerful, driven, effective producers who really have that edge to make things happen. We're not underrepresented. At all. Just Google Female Producers in Hollywood. It's a brilliant list. (People like Emma Thomas, Charlize Theron, Kathleen Kennedy, Shonda Rhimes - to name a few). Keep making films and keep learning your craft because you're passionate about it, because you're driven, because you have a story to tell -- not because 'women can be filmmakers too.' Of course we can. There's no question about that at all. Keep up the great work. Beautiful footage!

The second for me is the best. Its like doing the best on what you have. Can be applied on many things. Similar to my hobby as a digital painter. I hear so many people complain they cant do work because they dont have a tablet, pro create, hundreds of brush sets etc.. and yet people can even do a masterpiece during early years with just a CHARCOAL and PAPER. Good job seriously on the second one. very creative approach.

Man, these videos are so clean! For people who have followed Peter for the past couple years, I think I can speak for everyone who I say WELL DONE SIR. Great to see how far you’ve come and how your channel has developed.

he recently did a setup tour, and his primary camera is the Canon C500 Mark II. I'm not sure about the lens, but the lighting might've changed VERY recently - and I think that's a huge part as to why this looks so good!

Yes do another one but even if you can't get another fiver sponsor. Theme suggestion: "your country" like you make a short film about why you love your country.

There is plenty to love about our country, and plenty not to love. Just like a family. It could be 2 films...or 200

"The Beginning" was actually my favourite, and has inspired me that much to come up with some type of story based video (short) for my channel, which has nothing to do with filmmaking etc, its about mortgages! haha. thanks for this vid.

The greatest thing in my opinion is that you choose someone no matter where he came from or how he look. Congrats.
