Liam Glynn keep the first half or so tight depending on what kind of pocket you want. And loosen it up to Form your pocket placement.

You could use whatever head wherever but it’s all personal preference a defense head is normally wider so it’s easier to catch but with that it’s less accurate than an attack head all based on preference tho
