What makes a good goalie pocket?

Depth but not too much, 2 to 2.5 balls.. "bounce" from sidewalls - can be achieved by stringing 1s and 2s and not coming back through the mesh hole (if that makes sense) and tightening the sidewalls down as much as possible to keep the pocket depth consistent, but also a consistent channel for passing and control

Opinion on stringing to the inside side , I don’t like it because it channels the pocket too much in my opinion, but it’s a good idea

Puts the mesh to the inside of the head. It allows the mesh to hug the ball more resulting in more hold since the ball has more mesh on it. Search up sidewall jedi he has a couple tutorials. I like stringing to the inside on my sticks it’s all preference tho

Next time you decide to channel, try a very simple test. Try repeating the Jesus Prayer. "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner" The demons expose themselves when this prayer is said in humility to Christ. It burns them. If they start swearing at you, just keep going. They will be pushed out eventually.
