Being trustworthy is such an important characteristic! I would have a hard time trusting any project manager who isn't forthcoming. And not organized! Oh my, that's a disaster waiting to happen.

Hi @Adriana, Although your videos are very informative but I feel lack of voice issue. Your voice is hardly audible even on full volume of my computer and headphones. Could you please check your mic settings.

Hi Ankit. Thanks for letting us know. We are constantly checking the quality of sound in our videos and we do not have this issue. The only thing I can suggest is the volume challenge may be on your end. Here are some ideas you may want to check, if you haven’t already. 1- increase the volume on your computer or phone 2-wear headphones 3- ensure the volume is turned on or up 100% on the actually KZbin video. This gets missed a lot and can fix low audio 4-try close captioning to read what I am saying.
