In the late seventies/early eighties, Prince Andrew had the nickname "Randy Andy" in the British tabloid press, due to his relationship with actress Koo Stark, who had appeared in some softcore films (and had her scene in Star Wars as one of Luke Skywalker's young associates in Anchorhead cut from the film). So, it's probably not too much of a stretch to make a reference to him in such a context in an exploitation film in the eighties even before Epstein and the recent credible accusations against Prince Andrew.

The bizarre thing about this one, after seeing it, is that it is SO CLOSE to a film called Evil Town! The plots are very similar, the mechanics garage and uniforms are almost the same, and the hospital looks like the same one in that movie. To sum it up, Evil Town is about a bunch of young people that drive into a town full of old people. Their car breaks down or something and they end up staying for a few days. At the same time, a couple of hot girls go camping in the woods. Turns out, the old doctor in town has found a way to reverse the aging process by draining fluids from young people and transferring them to the townsfolk. The mechanics are supposed to grab victims passing through town, al though they have a tendency to play with the nubile females before turning them over. Evil Town was made in 1987 and is more sleazy than this one by a little bit. But, wow, they're so similar, I would have thought they were at least made by the same people. Apparently not, but it's almost like an other-dimensional version of this film. Except it actually exists and has a rating on IMDB. Just...weird.
