I started with dry eye about a year ago and thought it was an infection as it felt like grit in my eye by the end of the day. I went to the opticians and they advise any moisturising eye drops but the use of a eye heated bean bag for a few minutes a day this releases the blocked duct and you can literally feel the natural oil come out and you just massage the eye lid from top to bottom in a zig zag motion, I think you will thank me later. My bag was from boots £20 but I believe on line is cheaper.

Really loving the not pod cast but is it just me that gets an add break every 5 minutes of pod cast ? I’m 30 mins in and have had at least 6 add breaks is it just me ?❤❤

ads are totally dependant on the time you're watching. Ads fluctuate on youtube throughout each day/week/month and a longer video tends to be served more ads but they're automatically generated so one person could watch this and see 6, another could see 1. As a viewer, I totally get it but if I turn off the ads, I can't even justify the cost of the monthly zoom subscription to do the call 😂

I use hycosan they’re more expensive but they’re specifically for dry eye. I use the red one for most of the year and the purple one in hay fever season x
