That was amazing. I did the 2nd exercise and it totally wiped out the chronic tightness on my left side!

If the mulligan strap made symptoms worse what would that tell you about the nature of the patients condition? Thanks!
@physiotipswithmarrow583616 күн бұрын
If could be the technique of using the strap, sometimes too much force will cause a negative outcome. Sometimes, even with good technique it may not work for everyone. I would discontinue to seek an experienced PT if possible. Hope that helps.

Question, what does the other hand do when the other hand is guiding your head on the other side? does the other hand pull the other end of the towel downwards?
@physiotipswithmarrow58363 ай бұрын
No it just holds the towel in place. Hope that helps.

If we manage to improve this or get rid of it completely, should we keep doing these exercises for the rest of our lives? To prevent this from returning? Thank you for your valuable videos.
@physiotipswithmarrow58366 ай бұрын
If your symptoms have improved and you have gone months w/out problems, you could just exercise at needed.

Castor oil with heat helps greatly .
@SadafsDiaryАй бұрын
How one can use it. Kindly tells in detail?
@joescott6469Ай бұрын
Just rub the oil on and then use a hotwater bottle or heat pad for about 30 minutes. You can also get a special Castor oil pad for the oil that the heat can be applied to. But I just rud it on and use a microwave heated been bag . @@SadafsDiary

What if there is tmj asymmetry and mandibular deviation?

If these signs are present w/ cervical problems I would probably co-treat them together. This would be quite common. Thanks for watching!

Should I do exercise 2 and 3 or just pick one of these to go with the first exercise. I have been doing gaze stabilisation exercises but this has left me with a stiff neck and tight muscles. Thank you
@physiotipswithmarrow58366 ай бұрын
These exercises work best as a progression after the neck is doing better. If the neck is stiff I would try these exercises instead and come back to the gaze exercises lastly. Check out this link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a33Ep4B4oKaMq9k

Hello :) I suffer from dizziness from the neck since 4 years and getting really sad about it. MRI nothing to see, it’s only the muscles which are always tight. Can tight muscles really influence the vision and dizziness? I had a Atlas therapy, the symptoms were gone immediately for 3 weeks, then they returned. But my posture is really bad and I haven’t tried any exercises beside stretching yet.
