Great review! unfortunately they are not available in the Netherlands. I'm wondering if you still can use bank apps on the Huawei? I always like seeing all your reviews. Personally I love Huawei phones. I think without the restrictions I would have been already number 1 as selling brand with the smartphones.

vivo takes better night photos from the cameras. selfie performance is better on huawei. video stablization and quality looks better on vivo as well. macro a little better too. overall its close but Vivo is easier to purchase and has a global version too, and android works out the box. thats my pick

What do you mean the shallow depth of field 3.7x photos on vivo is ai ? The bigger the sensor and the larger the apeture the greater the bokeh, and the 1x on vivo has as large apature as huawei this is a bit misleading

The video department and the performance are the reasons why I cant make the switch. But I always liked huawei phones it's just that it's not worth spending money on something that performs like a 2022 phone and video is the typical android video inferior to apple's. I like huawei's colors science a lot ever since the p9.

There's no doubting Huawei are probably the absolute best phone cameras out there. But sadly they just aren't all that viable outside of China given the sanctions. I think the Vivo is the best globally-available camera phone, but even then it's availability isn't amazing and software complaints seem to been quite widespread. Meaning maybe the Oppo Find X8 Pro is the most viable option for the average person? Then there's the OnePlus 13. Hard to decide - I'm very spoilt for choice with my next upgrade!

I feel like it is high time we gave the crown to Huawei mate 70 pro plus, just look at the bokeh 7:05 , how realistic it look compared to vivo! Vivo just did a really unrealistic uniform boken where huawei is every bit as natural 😮, Huawei is much more natural looking which at least i prefer, if you forget crazy level zooming i think huawei is the camera king at this moment 😊

You dont know anything about macro photography or about field of view right? On vivo is different focal lenght, different lenses and it looks like from proffesional macro lens. Search on Google macro photos made with dslr camera and compare it.
