I love my V90 D3 2018, feels almost like a brand new car, so cosy.

Love the video and in fact I am driving the V90 in your dream spec platinum gray amber interior with B&W but the bright and not the dark theme

Got my 2025 v60cc here in the US in Aug., traded in my 2019 to downsize now that the kids are off to college. Not sure how long we will have either wagon here so wanted to get it before they are not available here. Love the driving scenes from Norway, BTW!

Yeah, probably cleaver to get it while you still can 👍 Glad you liked it

I have a 2024 V90, T8 recharge ultra trim (WITH the Bowers & Wilkins system) and it's brilliant. They have reintroduced V90's into the UK market in 2024 having withdrawn them in late 2023. According to my app, in my 8k miles since I bought the car from new, the average MPG I've achieved is 140.5 and electricity use 22.9kWH per 100 miles (I'd say most of my driving is on the battery). I reckon on a flat battery, I get 40-45mpg on the open road which is pretty sensational for a car of this size and power. Assuming I got 40 miles per gallon (roughly 7 litres/100km) on the petrol engine, I'm getting 3 miles per kWH from the battery on average (which isn't bad for a 2.5 tonne car). I think those numbers are about right as real world range on the 15kwH useable battery alone is slightly over 50 miles in the summer and approximately 40 miles in the winter. The main niggle (and it's not a big one) - is the issue of accessing drive modes via the screen whilst driving so I agree with Volvo_Kristian on that one. I like to save the battery for city driving and it would be easier to have an easily accessed button to do this. But that's it. The only real niggle.

There are so many people that should buy a V90 or a V90 CC instead of a XC60. Don't get me wrong the XC60 is great but V90 is just better. Wagons drive better and get better fuel economy. In this case you also get a even nicer interior. And did I mention the V90 IS CHEAPER which is insane.
@volvo_kristian2 күн бұрын
Yeah definitely agree 👍 I've actually done the same "mistake". Bought a XC60, but missed the 90' interior so went over to a S90 afterwards..But again. Totally agree. A lot of people would probably be more pleased with a V90 CC over a XC60.. For Norway's part the biggest CC drawback was that it wasn't available as a Plug-In Hybrid.

I'm one who almost picked the XC60, but I am now driving a V90CC here in Canada. I felt I made the right decision.

Volvo UK stop V90 in middle 2023. Sold my V90 cross country in April 2024 to go electric C40 but ended up giving back as not as confortable so ended up with T6 XC60.... Still not as good as V90 in comfort! .... On positive side V90 second hand was so great the Volvo UK have brought them back from late 2024 😂 so who knows you may get them back?

If electric EV90 doesnt come soon or is down grade .... My have to look at Audi or Another prem brand?
@volvo_kristian3 күн бұрын
It's hard to replace the V90, so totally see your point there 👍 Well it won't return to Norway since there's no customer demand any longer.. Here's it's 96% BEV cars, and for Volvo's part it's 99% SUV'S 😂 So sadly not space or demand for wagons

With you there my friend....did 100K miles in my V90CC then 50k in a XC60 D5 and went to a V90 T6 lovely lovely cars...the electric part of the V90 convinced me to go all electric-so-Taycan Cross Turismo....still not as good a ride quality as the V90.

I am at the end of my V90 lease, a 23 T6 Recharge Ultimate. Im replacing it with a Polestar 4 Long Range Dual Motor with Performance pack. Only reason, Volvo havent got an EV that I like, I love the look of the EX30 but the interior is lacking!

Understandable.. I'm waiting for the upcoming ES90, but would prefer a EV90..

I dont like the SUV trend. A wagon is superior in every way. And the SUV's people buy are not really made for offroading anyways. So they're just a brick for no reason. There's one exception and that is 7 seater XC90. I'd much rather have that than a minibus.
@volvo_kristian14 сағат бұрын
Definitely agree with both points 👌

V60 are also being discontinued now. Same end date as V90.. The S60 and S90 got discontinued last year. So we only have XC60 and XC90 left.. Plus the electric Volvo's..

I like the videos and I think many others do. However would be better if instead of 3x20-30mins you could tell these stories in 2x10-12 mins. Less is more.

This isn't 2*20-30 min so don't understand your point. I've made 5 wagon video's lately. This is the longest one, since it's both a roadtrip video and also good, Bad and ugly.. If it's to long for you, than look at the chapter overview..

Go ahead and drive the car because there is still no electric car on the market to match that car. Then you get to drive the volkswagen id7, but who wants that
