Being here in the USVIs has rejuvenated our souls! Just the sail over lifted our spirits. But really, our days are brighter because we got to reconnect with old friends and meet some amazing new ones. One of the best things about cruising is the community. But the hardest thing is that you have to say goodbye A LOT!
We have spent a lot of time with our friends over on ‪@Tulasendlesssummer‬ but now its time for us to part our ways for hurricane season. Goodbyes suck!

hi guys, that yellow pad u guy had under the pan while cooking, my wife bought some but she uses them to put hot plates on them, never new u can put it on a hot stove, do u do that to protect the glasstop? my wife is curious

The silicone pads do help with pots not sliding and to protect the surface. Not sure if you can use it on a regular glass stove top, ours is an induction stove.

Such a wonderful thing a friend is! You have, throughout your travels, gained many good friends and cherish them. Instead of saying "Good Bye" how about just saying " see you guys later "? Beau and Brandy try coating the fish with garlic granules, white pepper and coconut sugar then pan in coconut oil. Not the hot spicy taste of cayenne but tasty.

Yes. Its an induction cook-top and we use the silicone pads to help protect it and also it helps pots not slide around.

Tourists from 29 countries can travel to Greece starting June 15. Greece‘s Tourism Ministry announced that visitors from 29 countries will be allowed to enter the country starting from June 15. The list will be expanded on July 1 to include other countries, Greek Tourism Minister Harry Theoharis said. Travelers from the 29 countries listed on the ministry’s list will be able to enter Greece on direct flights to Athens and to the northern city of Thessaloniki. Greece so far has a total of 175 deaths and over 2,900 confirmed cases. No cases have been detected on the vast majority of Greek islands, which are popular vacation spots. Visitors arriving from the 29 selected countries could be subject to sample COVID-19 testing, according to the ministry. Safety measures also include capacity limits at hotels and resorts.

You guys KETO or NSNG or some other similar low carb thing? I am curious how easy you've found that on passages (as most people seem to pack a lot of pasta and rice). I'm hoping to start cruising next year, and going of NSNG isn't an option.

We lend more keto and are also mostly NSNG. we find it easy enough to be, as long as we preplan and stock up. It depends highly on the area you are traveling too. Our longest passage was 9 days and easily made the passage ketofied. hope that gives you encouragement, you can keep the lifestyle up while traveling.

The way grain is messed up nowdays we cannot blame anybody for staying away from it . but the real culprit is sugars in almost all forms . And then there is grain and sugar together if you looking for nasty. but grain in moderation and by itself has been part of the human diet forever (you know Hunters AND Gatherers) and has it own benefits. Like always in experimentation in all sciences be it physics ,chemistry etc or lowly mechanic first start moving one element of the equation-problem at a time, same goes with dietetic . Any comestible algae in the Caribbean ??

Some relationships need all those goodbyes because without them the relationship might go stale and wither away. Some relationships don't care how many months or years went since the latest goodbye.
